We carry greeting cards, plush animals, mylar and latex balloons to add to any floral order or to send on its own. To make fruit baskets, gourmet baskets or any combination, we buy fresh fruit and have a variety of gourmet and 'fun' items in stock. We are always happy to work with you if you have a special vase or keepsake container that you want us to fill, or any specialty item that will personalize that 'just perfect' gift.

The local delivery fee is $6.95 for each order, for each address. (Des Plaines, Rosemont, and Park Ridge) Delivery fees outside of our local area are $10.95. There are no additional service fees. Local orders need to be received by 2:00 pm for same day delivery. (Des Plaines, Rose- mont, Park Ridge) Orders for other areas need to be received by 10:00 am for same day delivery.
Please note- We DO NOT charge an additional $12.95 handling fee. Many wire services and on line floral companies charge this fee or a similar amount in addition to a delivery charge which is embedded in the flower price.
C.R. Flowers total handling and delivery charge is $6.95 ($9.95 to towns other than Des Plaines and Rosemont).

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
